抗血栓薬とモニタリング

ポイント
●抗血栓薬のモニタリングは，通常，効き過ぎによる出血イベント，および効果不十分（不応症）による虚血性イベントを予防するための最適治療を目的としている．
●抗血小板療法のモニタリングは，主として血小板凝集計で行い，効き過ぎ，至適治療域，不応症の情報をpoint-of-careとして行われているが，探索的段階である．
●ワルファリンのモニタリングについては，PT-INR/TTR（time in therapeutic range）が用いられ，臨床現場で使われている．
●新規経口抗凝固薬のモニタリングは種々のものが提案されているが，臨床的にはまだ検討段階である．
