ポイント
●急性冠症候群（ACS）は，冠動脈のプラークが破綻し血栓が生じることで発症する．
●ST上昇型急性心筋梗塞では，一刻も早い血行再建の達成をサポートする薬剤が鍵となる．
●ACSへのPCI（percutaneous coronary intervention，経皮的冠動脈インターベンション）は，抗血小板薬が効いた状態で施行するように努め早期に投与する．
●抗血栓薬の投与は，血栓症予防と出血性合併症のバランスを考えるべきである．
