末梢血管疾患（PAD）の薬物療法

ポイント
●PAD患者では心疾患，脳血管障害を合併している場合も多く，薬剤選択に際しては生命予後改善効果も考慮すべきである．
●間欠性跛行に対してはシロスタゾールが唯一，跛行距離改善のエビデンスが示されている薬剤であるが，監視下運動療法の併用が必要である．
●重症虚血肢（critical limb ischemia：CLI）の治療目標は，疼痛緩和と創傷治癒による救肢である．基本的に血行再建術（血管内治療もしくはバイパス手術）が治療の第一選択である．
