心房細動症例での冠動脈ステント治療

ポイント
●心房細動の脳梗塞予防には抗凝固療法が最適である．
●ステント治療後のステント血栓症予防には抗血小板薬2剤（DAPT）が最適である．
●心房細動例に対するステント治療において抗凝固薬＋DAPTの3剤投与がよいと考えられるが，臨床データにおいては出血合併症が多発するばかりか，ステント血栓症も脳卒中も増加する．
●現在のところ，最適な抗凝固および抗血小板療法の確立された組み合わせはない．
