ポイント
●肝炎ウイルスには，A，B，C，D，E型の5種類がある．
●急性肝炎の予後は一般的に良好であるが，約1％は劇症化する．
●遺伝子型AタイプのB型慢性肝炎では，成人でも10％前後が慢性化する．
