ポイント
●B型肝炎に核酸アナログを投与する前にHIVの重感染を確認する必要がある．
●B型肝炎を合併したHIV感染例に抗レトロウイルス療法を行う際には，免疫再構築症候群に注意が必要である．
●HIV合併C型慢性肝炎に対しては現在のところインターフェロン＋リバビリンを用いた治療が第一選択である．
