ポイント
●ウイルス性肝硬変は肝細胞癌合併も含めて，わが国における肝移植適応疾患の最多を占める疾患である．
●肝移植後のB型肝炎再発に関しては，核酸アナログ製剤と抗HB免疫グロブリン（HBIG）使用により予防可能である．
●肝移植後のC型肝炎再発に対する治療は不十分で，移植後長期成績も他疾患に比して不良である．
●プロテアーゼインヒビターを含む3剤併用治療の有効性が肝移植後のHCV再発肝炎においても示されており，今後の症例蓄積が待たれる．
