ポイント
●世界の多くの国が，B型肝炎ウイルス（HBV）感染予防のためユニバーサルワクチネーションをしている．
●わが国では母子感染抑止のみのセレクティブワクチネーションである．
●乳幼児期の水平感染や，成人での性感染症（STD）としてのHBV感染が増加している．
●ユニバーサルワクチネーション導入が今後の検討課題である．
●ユニバーサルワクチネーションによってもHBV感染を完全に抑止できない．
