補完代替医療の考え方

●がん患者の約半数が補完代替医療（CAM）を利用する．
●CAM利用は，がんを源とする危機に対するコーピング（対処）の一つである．その行動が「ともにがんと闘う」うえで妥当か否は，査定が必要である．
●医療者は患者の安全を第一に，正しい情報提供と意思決定支援を行う．
