現病歴
　朝5時に背中や両肩甲骨あたりが痛くなった．痛みはピンポイントではなく漠然としている．症状は大分治まってきたが，まだ痛むので6時過ぎに救急室を独歩受診．
　嘔気/嘔吐（－），下痢（－）
