—症例30—61歳女性　背部痛，腹痛

現病歴
　来院前日から左背部痛が出現したが我慢していた．背部痛は急性発症で，移動することなく，重い痛みで，強さには波があった．来院当日の朝7時30分頃に嘔吐，悪寒戦慄，腹痛が出現したため，来院した．
