感染性腸炎でも抗菌薬を処方しなくていいことがあるってホント？

ポイント
●下痢患者のうち，細菌性腸炎が占める頻度は10％未満である．
●自然軽快例が多く，細菌性腸炎であっても免疫正常者には抗菌薬は不要である．
●基礎疾患がある患者で，細菌性腸炎を疑う場合には抗菌薬を用いる．
