腸管出血性大腸菌感染症（血清型O157など）に抗菌薬は危険ってホント？

ポイント
●アウトブレイクの経験から，腸管出血性大腸菌（EHEC）感染症において，溶血性尿毒素症症候群（HUS）発症のリスクがないと考えられる抗菌薬は，ホスホマイシンを含め存在しない．
●下血を伴う感染性腸炎疑いの患者では，常にEHECによる感染性腸炎の可能性を考え，抗菌薬投与は慎重であるべきである．
