ポイント
●経口抗菌薬が必要な感染症と，使う抗菌薬は非常に限られている．抗菌薬を「念のため」処方してはいけない．
●第3世代セファロスポリン系のバイオアベイラビリティはどれも50％に満たない．
●ピボキシル基を有する第3世代セファロスポリン系には重篤な副作用が報告されている．
