血液浄化療法

ポイント
●慢性腎臓病（CKD）や急性腎障害（AKI）の病態ではループ利尿薬に抵抗性を示すことがある．
●心不全の治療経過において，体液過剰を速やかに解消する必要があるにもかかわらず，腎機能が低下し，利尿が得られない場合，血液浄化療法の適応となる．
●血液浄化療法のどの治療法を選択するかは，その時点での血行動態，BUN，Cr，K値，アシドーシスの有無などで総合的に判断する．
●心不全による腎灌流圧低下と中心静脈圧の亢進による腎うっ血を速やかに解除することで腎機能の回復が期待できる．
