ポイント
●心不全が進行すると，腸管浮腫による吸収障害や食思不振などから栄養障害が合併する．
●心不全症例における栄養障害の評価法には主なもので4種類報告されているが，いまだ十分なエビデンスがあるとは言えない．
●栄養障害は心不全症例の独立した予後規定因子であり，特にCONUTスコアによる予後予測が今後期待される．
●早期に栄養障害を評価し，ハイリスク例に介入の可能性を検討することが今後の課題である．
