●心不全入院患者には積極的にSDBをスクリーニングする．
●OSA優位の心不全患者にはCPAP治療を行う．
●CSR-CSAを合併する心不全患者には，心不全治療の最適化を確実に行うべきである．
●ASVはCSR-CSAを合併する心不全患者の予後を改善する可能性があり，欧米で大規模試験が進行中である．
