●左室収縮能が低下した心不全患者への標準治療は，ACE阻害薬とβ遮断薬である．
●左室収縮能が低下した心不全患者への準標準治療として，アルドステロン拮抗薬が注目されている．
●慢性心不全患者に対して，ARBとネプリライシン阻害薬の合剤がACE阻害薬を超える有効性を示し，注目されている．
