ポイント
●心不全症例の40〜50％に，左室駆出率の保持された心不全（HFpEF）が存在する．
●現状，HFpEFに対して確立された治療法はなく，基本方針は原因疾患に対する加療である．
●今後は，HFpEF患者それぞれの病態を正確に評価し，個々に応じた適切な治療を行う必要がある．
