ポイント
●治療抵抗性高血圧，不整脈，心不全，慢性腎臓病，心筋梗塞・脳卒中の既往のある患者では睡眠時無呼吸症候群（SAS）を積極的に疑う．
●SASでは，傾眠だけでなく不眠を呈することがある．また，重症でも自覚症状に乏しいことがある．
●視診，鼻腔・口腔内などの診察が重要である．
