ポイント
●K_ATP/SU受容体は膵β細胞，心筋細胞，骨格筋および血管平滑筋細胞に存在する．インスリン分泌促進薬の種類によってその特徴も異なる．
●心血管イベント既往のある症例において，インスリン分泌促進薬は予後を悪化させる可能性がある．
●薬物代謝酵素を考え，併用薬に注意する必要がある．
