●Initial combinationは，β細胞機能保護の観点からも有用であると考えられる．
●β細胞機能保護作用のあるインクレチン関連薬を軸にinitial combinationを考慮する．
●低血糖のリスクを避けるため，個々の患者の背景を考慮しadd-onまたはinitial combinationを選択する．
