　Choosing Wiselyは，診断や治療の選択において，エビデンスに基づいた医師・患者の対話を促すための世界的キャンペーン活動である．具体的な活動として，各国の臨床医学系メジャー学会は，一般の人々に向けて推奨リストを挙げている．今回はCanadian Rheumatology Associationの推奨を表1に示す^1）．
