C型肝炎の治療

ポイント
●近年，直接型抗ウイルス薬（DAA）が開発され，C型肝炎の95〜100％が治癒するようになった．
●DAAは副作用が少ないため，インターフェロンの適応外であった高齢者も治療適応となった．
●認知症がなく元気なお年寄りであれば，DAAでC型肝炎治療を行える．
●高齢者にDAAを投与する際は心機能，腎機能，併用禁忌薬，併用注意薬に注意する．
