二次性高血圧の再評価

●二次性高血圧では，血圧上昇の原因に対する特異的治療により有効な降圧が得られる場合が多い．
●二次性高血圧の可能性は，すべての高血圧患者において念頭に置くべきである．
●初診時のみならず，高血圧治療中においても二次性高血圧の有無の（再）評価が必要である．
●若年発症あるいは急激発症の高血圧，治療抵抗性高血圧では二次性高血圧を疑う．
