●しびれ症状に遭遇したら，テタニーそして低Ca血症を想起する．
●副甲状腺機能低下症の成人患者の治療では，原則としてCa製剤は併用しない．
●偽性副甲状腺機能低下症を疑う場合は，ビタミンD欠乏症を確実に除外する．
