●ASPECTSは，中大脳動脈領域の脳梗塞における早期虚血性変化を評価する指標である．
●early CT signは非可逆的虚血性変化を反映した複数の所見の総称である．
●MRI拡散強調画像（DWI）に応用したDWI-ASPECTSは，超急性期脳梗塞診療に有用である．
