脳梗塞急性期の治療総論

ポイント
●脳梗塞の急性期治療として，脳組織が壊死に陥る前に血流再灌流する血栓溶解療法，血管内治療，酸化ストレスを軽減する脳保護療法，微小循環を改善する抗血小板療法と抗凝固療法などがある．
●t-PA静注による血栓溶解療法の適応時間が，脳梗塞発症3時間以内から4.5時間以内に延長された．
●それに伴い，再開通率改善や，出血性脳梗塞を阻止しうる脳保護療法併用の重要性が強く再認識されてきている．
●脳血栓回収機器を用いた血管内治療に関しては，ステント型脳血栓回収機器が開発されたこともあり，その治療有効性を示す報告が増えてきている．
