急速に発展する急性期脳梗塞への血管内治療

ポイント
●2015年に発表された4つのランダム化比較試験により，急性期脳梗塞に対する脳血管内治療（血栓回収療法）の有効性が報告された．
●急性期脳梗塞後の機能予後改善には，“高い再開通率”と“早期再灌流”が必要である．
●新規ステント型血栓回収機器により，安全に約80〜90％の有効再灌流が得られるようになった．
●再灌流までの時間を短縮するため，プレホスピタルケアを含めた急性期脳梗塞診療体制を整備しておくことがきわめて重要である．
