ポイント
●本邦はくも膜下出血（SAH）の発生が比較的多く，転帰不良となる症例が存在する．
●SAH治療は迅速で的確な診断と，専門医による治療を行うよう強く勧められる．
●一般医療機関に搬入された場合は，病態の変化に即応するため医師の同乗で速やかに専門施設に搬送する．
●SAHの治療は個々の症例に応じて，開頭による外科的治療・血管内治療を選択して行う．
