ポイント
●一次予防における抗血小板療法は，積極的には勧められない．
●二次予防にはシロスタゾール，クロピドグレル，アスピリンなどの抗血小板薬を用いる．
●抗血小板療法中は，出血リスク低減のために厳格な血圧コントロールが必要である．
●一次予防，二次予防ともに包括的な血管危険因子の管理が重要である．
