わが国の脆弱性骨折の現状と発生率の変化

ポイント
●高齢者の骨粗鬆症性骨折では脊椎椎体骨折，大腿骨近位部骨折の患者数が多い．
●欧米では近年，大腿骨近位部骨折の発生率が経年的に低下傾向にあることが指摘されているのに対して，わが国をはじめとするアジアでは上昇が観察されている．
●これに対して欧米あるいは豪州では，近年，発生率は増加しておらず，一部の地域では減少に転じている．
