●スクリーニング心電図の位置づけは各国によって異なる．
●一律に推奨されていない要因としては，個々の心電図所見に介入を加えても予後改善に結びつく確証が得られていないことに起因する．
●個々の心電図所見のみでなく，症例全体のリスクに目を向ける必要がある．
