せん妄

●せん妄の頻度は意外と多いが，見逃されている．特に低活動型せん妄に注意する．
●せん妄は予後が悪い．まずは予防が大切であり，取り除ける増悪因子がないか検討する．
●薬は緊急事態のみ使用する．その際，副作用を加味して，どの薬剤を使用するか選択する．
