文献概要

　Choosing Wiselyは，診断や治療の選択において，エビデンスに基づいた医師と患者の対話を促す世界的キャンペーン活動である．有害な事象につながるリスクの高い過剰診療や，価値の低い検査を減らすことを目的としている．
　具体的な活動として，各国の臨床医学系学会は推奨リストを挙げている．今回は2014年4月2日にCollege of Family Physicians of Canadaが発表したリストの第1弾（第2弾は次回に紹介予定）を表1に示す^1）．
