レジオネラ肺炎

はじめに
　レジオネラ肺炎は，レジオネラ属菌（主にLegionella pneumophila：LP）による肺炎であり，市中肺炎の5％に満たない．しかし，重症例も多く，肺炎球菌性肺炎とは治療が異なることから，診断，治療に対する正しい知識が必要である．
　本稿では，治療ではキノロン系薬とマクロライド系薬のどちらを選択すべきか，診断に尿中抗原は信頼できるのか，ほかに診断方法はあるのかなど，臨床において悩ましい点を考えてみる．
