知っておきたい胸部MRIの基本

ポイント
●MRIは胸部単純X線写真とCTの形態診断に付加する情報が得られる場合があり，適応疾患，代表的な撮像法，典型的所見を知っておく必要がある．
●MRI検査の禁忌あるいは慎重に行うべき患者として，①ペースメーカー・人工除細動器・人工内耳の埋め込み術後（禁忌），②閉所恐怖症，③妊婦と胎児（安全性が確認されていない），④体内や体表に強磁性体の金属のある患者，が挙げられる．
●ガドリニウム造影剤を投与すべきでない患者として，①高度腎機能低下患者（eGFR＜30mL/分/1.73m²），②ガドリニウム造影剤に対するアレルギーの既往，③気管支喘息，④妊婦，が挙げられる．
