虚血性心疾患診断での冠動脈CTの役割

Point
◎高性能CTの登場により，冠動脈CTの短時間・低被曝撮影が可能になった．
◎冠動脈の解剖学的位置関係を正確に把握する．
◎冠動脈病変の狭窄度やプラーク性状を把握し，治療方針を決定する．
◎冠動脈CTは，PCI後フォローアップ時の冠動脈ステント内腔の評価や新規病変の進行，CABG後のフォローアップなどに有用性が高い．
◎近年，冠動脈病変の検出のみでなく，心機能や虚血の診断にも冠動脈CTが有用であることが報告されている．
