虚血性心疾患における二次予防のための抗血小板療法

Point
◎労作性狭心症・心筋梗塞の慢性期においては，アテローム性血栓症イベントを抑制するためにも症状の有無にかかわらず，アスピリンを用いた抗血小板療法を行う．ただし，アレルギーなどの症例では，チエノピリジン系抗血小板薬を用いる．
◎ステント留置後の2剤抗血小板療法の併用期間はステントの種類，病変などで変わるため，個々の患者に合わせて調整することが必要である．
◎抗凝固療法との併用が必要となる症例（心房細動合併，慢性肺血栓塞栓症など）については，出血リスクを考慮した抗血小板・抗凝固療法の確立が必要となる．
