虚血性心疾患患者における心不全への対応とβ遮断薬の使い方

Point
◎虚血性心疾患による慢性心不全は，梗塞後左室リモデリングと残存心筋虚血から成る．
◎虚血性心疾患による収縮障害例では，症状の有無にかかわらずβ遮断薬が適応となる．
◎虚血性心疾患におけるβ遮断薬は，左室逆リモデリングをもたらしにくい．
◎β遮断薬治療による心不全の予後改善効果は，虚血性と非虚血性とで差がない．
