Point
◎冠動脈バイパス術は外科的血行再建術の標準治療であり，特に重症冠動脈病変には良い適応である．
◎内胸動脈などの動脈グラフトの開存率が良好であり，広く利用されている．
◎人工心肺装置を使用しないoff-pumpバイパス術により術後合併症が減少している．
◎ガイドラインでは，血行再建の適応をheart teamにより決定することが推奨されている．
