Point
◎意識障害では血糖値，血液ガス分析でのスクリーニングが有用である．
◎副腎皮質刺激ホルモン（ACTH）や甲状腺刺激ホルモン（TSH）を測定すべき意識障害を理解する．
◎大動脈解離や肺塞栓症による失神の可能性を考慮した場合はDダイマーの解釈に強くなっておくべきである．
