心原性失神

Point
◎心原性失神は，心拍出量の低下による一過性全脳虚血が原因である．
◎心拍出量低下の原因は，不整脈と心臓の器質的疾患に大別される．
◎失神においては心原性の可能性を考慮し，リスク評価を密に行ったうえで入院の是非を判断する必要がある．
