Point
◎一見筋骨格系の疼痛と思える主訴で受診する患者のなかには，頻度は低いが見逃してはならない重大な疾患が隠れており，それらを想起できるかが鍵である．
◎重大な疾患を見逃さないためには警告症状（red flag sign）に気をつけ，リスクを評価することが重要である．
◎痛みの問診は“OPQRST”を意識して行う．
