Point
◎頸部痛の遭遇頻度は高いが，プライマリ・ケアで重要な役割は「治療が急を要する（red flag）」か，「保存的に経過観察可能」かを判断することである．
◎痛みを機能解剖からイメージし，関連のある病歴と焦点を絞った身体診察（特に神経学的診察）を組み合わせることが，鑑別診断の近道である．
◎画像検査，生理学検査，ラボデータはあくまで診断の補助材料である．
