Point
◎膝の痛みは日常診療で遭遇する機会の多い主訴であり，そのマネジメントの習得は重要である．
◎膝の解剖と頻度の高い疾患を理解し，丁寧な問診と診察によって鑑別を絞ることができる．
◎急性の単関節炎があれば，化膿性関節炎除外や結晶確認のために関節穿刺を行う．
