◎感染性関節炎は，炎症性関節が1つでもあれば必ず考慮する．
◎急性単関節炎の患者は，そうではないとわかるまで化膿性関節炎として扱う．
◎急性多関節炎では，ウイルス性関節炎の鑑別を考慮する．
