Point
◎熱源精査の際に胸部X線，超音波，造影CT検査が有用な場合がある．
◎American College of Radiology (ACR) Appropriateness Criteria^®を参考にCT撮影の適応について検討する．
◎結核の活動性を評価するためにはCTが必要である．
◎急性巣状細菌性腎炎（acute focal bacterial nephritis：AFBN）は不明熱の原因として報告され診断が困難であるが，画像所見が鍵になる．
◎X線やCTよりも超音波検査のほうが感度の高い病態がある．
◎超音波が熱源探索において有用な場合もあるため，活用を検討したい．
