関節エコー入門（後篇）—関節超音波検査によるリウマチ性疾患の診断

文献概要

　関節超音波検査は骨びらんや滑膜炎症を検出することができ，関節リウマチの診断や疾患活動性の評価に有用である．また，変形性関節症における骨棘や軟骨変化，脊椎関節炎における付着部炎所見，結晶誘発性関節症における軟骨の結晶沈着所見など，関節リウマチ以外のさまざまなリウマチ性疾患の診断にも有用である．さらに，リウマチ性多発筋痛症の新分類基準案には関節エコー所見が採用された．
