Point
◎咽喉頭の異常感を訴えるが器質的病変を認めないものを真性咽喉頭異常感症，後に疾患が確認されたものを症候性咽喉頭異常感症と呼ぶ．
◎その要因は局所的，全身的，精神的の3つに大別され，多岐にわたる．
◎局所的要因のなかでも，胃食道逆流症や咽喉頭逆流症の関与が多い．
◎中・下咽頭癌などの悪性腫瘍を見逃してはならない．
